Noëlle prides itself on its internal training programs, certification procedures, and support of outside education for its staff. Education makes us a stronger company.

ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY
Noëlle holds nature in the highest regard. We use green materials whenever possible and deal with companies that do the same. We recycle and reclaim as the opportunity arises. Our products are never tested on animals. We appreciate your support in our efforts.

Noel de Caprio is acknowledged throughout the industry as the “Mother of Day Spas”. We continue her reputation of excellence and have been consistently cited by local and national press as among the best spas in the world.

CANCELLATIONS
We require twenty-four hour notice of any service cancellation. We reserve appointment time with your credit card. Your card will be charged in the event that a service is cancelled with less than twenty-four hour notice.

CELL PHONES
Cell phone usage is never allowed in any area of the spa. In the salon, please use these devices with respect.

CHILDREN
Children are not allowed in the spa. A spa room is only appropriate for you and your therapist. A busy salon floor is an inappropriate place to entertain children. If it is necessary to have your child with you, please be respectful of other people’s privacy.

PETS
No pets are allowed per the health department.

AIR
Smoking is not allowed within the building.

SERIES
All Series must be registered in the name of the person who will be using the series. A series can only be used by that one person and is not transferable in any way. If you have any questions, please call 203.322.3445.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

  • All Noëlle Gift Certificates are recorded with a purchaser’s name, current address, recipient’s name and an identifying number.
  • Noëlle Gift Certificates must be presented when used as payment.
  • Noëlle, within certain limits, will replace lost Certificates.
  • Noëlle Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash.
  • Noëlle Gift Certificates can not be used to reserve an appointment.

RETURNS
Noëlle will accept returned product for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, no returns, exchanges or credits will be honored. Jewelry and Hair Accessories are final sale.

MISPLACED ITEMS
Noëlle is not responsible for lost personal items. A salon coordinator can help you to ensure that your valuables will be properly taken care of.

CLOTHING
Please use our smocks when having services in the salon. Please use our lockers to store your clothing and valuables when having services in the spa. Noëlle is not responsible for clothing or other personal items damaged during a service.
