intuitive reading and shared information by the client,
a protocol forms which can include deep tissue massage,

breath work, different forms of energy work and guided visualization.
Homework is given as a way of empowering her clients—reinforcing
their taking responsibility for their own healing journey.

in the world, enhancing overall vitality, as well as developing
a clear and peaceful state of mind. Join Brooke as she constructs

SHIATSU THERAPY

Shiatsu Therapy is based on the acupuncture system,
fingers, hands, elbows, forearms and feet are used rather
than needles to stimulate Qi, the body’s vital force.
Qi flows along connected energetic pathways called meridians
which in turn are connected to organs or psychophysical
functions. In health, the Qi flows uninterrupted. Injury,
disease, poor diet, sedentary lifestyle, and stress are
a few causes of stagnation or impeded Qi flow. Also includes
stretching and relaxation techniques.

Craniosacral Therapy...light finger pressure is used
to optimize a movement
pattern within the body, known as the cranial wave. Focus
and gentleness are the foundations of this work. It is said
that the cranial wave is the “Voice of the Spirit”.
Through this work, the Spirit is heard and given a platform
in which to express itself, ultimately producing a state
of balance and harmony throughout the body.
