Noëlle Policies


We welcome you to Noëlle without a reservation, and will always do our best to accommodate you. To reserve an appointment, a credit card must be placed on file to hold your service time.

If we have reserved an appointment for you with a credit card, please note:

• Cancellations must be done 24 hours prior to service appointment time.
• Cancellations can be done on our phone system by selecting the cancellation option on the voice mail or directly with a phone operator.

• Email reminders are sent 2 days in advance of appointment.
• Text reminders are sent 1 day in advance of appointment.

• A fee equal to 50% of the service will be charged to credit cards on file if a scheduled appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hour notice.

• A fee equal to 100% of the service will be charged to credit cards on file if a client fails to show for a scheduled appointment without notice.

• If reminders are refused, no other notifications will be given for appointments or charges.

Keratin Treatments:
All keratin and extensions services require a deposit of 100.00 at time of booking. The deposit is applied to the service. There is a 48 hour cancellation policy…if the appointment is cancelled before 48 hours the deposit will be refunded or converted to a credit on file. If cancellation is less than 48 hours the deposit is forfeited.

All Series must be registered in the name of the person who will be using the series. A series can only be used by that one person & is not transferable in any way. If you have any questions, please call 203.322.3445.

Prices are subject to change.

All Liquid products can be returned for full credit up to 30 days after purchase.
Boutique items must be returned within 14 days of purchase & can only be returned for Boutique exchange or Boutique credit. Discounted liquid products or boutique items are Final Sale only & not eligible for return.

Cell phone usage is never allowed in any area of the spa. In the salon, please use these devices with respect.

Children are not allowed in the spa. A spa room is only appropriate for you & your therapist. A busy salon floor is an inappropriate place to entertain children. If it is necessary to have your child with you, please be respectful of other people’s privacy.

No pets are allowed per the health department.

Smoking is not allowed within the building.

Please use our smocks when having services in the salon. Please use our lockers to store your clothing & valuables when having services in the spa. Noëlle is not responsible for clothing or other personal items damaged or lost during a service.

Noëlle is not responsible for lost personal items. A salon coordinator can help you to ensure that your valuables will be properly taken care of.
