Appointments

All services at Noëlle are by appointment. A cell phone number, email address, and form of payment are required when scheduling an appointment at Noëlle. Noëlle does not store or retain any credit card information within our systems. Repeat guest information is retrieved from a secure location for our guests’ convenience. 

Our Noëlle app allows our guests to schedule appointments and track past appointment information and cancel appointments as well...at any time. The sign-up is simple and the convenience is amazing. Try it. We are sure you will love it. 

Notification and confirmation of future appointments are made by email – sent two days in advance of an appointment - or text – sent one day in advance of an appointment - at our guests’ option. 

Cancellations can be recorded on our phone system at 203.322.3445 by accessing option 2. This option is available at any time…please be aware that our cancellation policies apply to these cancellations as well.

Appointments booked on our Noëlle app can be canceled on the app at any time...please be aware that our cancellation policies apply to these cancellations as well.   

Please be advised…A confirmed appointment that is canceled with less than 24-hour notice will be charged 50% of the service cost.

Please be advised…A confirmed appointment that is missed without any notification to Noëlle will be charged 100% of the service cost.

Please be advised…All Keratin service appointments and Extension service appointments require a 100.00 deposit to be credited at the completion of the service. These appointments – due to the length of the appointment itself – require cancellations to be made 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made in advance of 48 hours will have the deposit converted to store credit. Cancellations made in less than 48 hours will forfeit the deposit.

Gratuities

Only cash gratuities are accepted at Noëlle. Gratuities cannot be charged on credit cards. Noëlle maintains an on-premises ATM for the convenience of our guests.

Gift Cards

Noëlle Gift Cards are available in any dollar amount in person, by phone, and on the Noëlle app. A print at home version is available on this website – noelle.com. Our Gift Cards are final sale and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit. Gift Cards - being used for payment - must be physically presented for proper credit. And lost gift cards are - unfortunately - lost.

Other Gift Certificates

Noëlle honors only Noëlle Gift Certificates. No other gift certificates are accepted as a form of payment.

Pricing

All prices are subject to change.

Returns

All liquid products can be returned for full credit within 14 days of purchase.

All Boutique purchases can be returned up to 14 days of purchase and can only be returned for Boutique exchange or Boutique credit.

All discounted retail is considered final sale and not returnable.

Cell Phones

Cell phone usage is never allowed in any area of the spa. In the salon, please use these devices with respect.

Children

Children are not allowed in the spa. Spa rooms are reserved for guests and staff only.

Children are allowed in our color & styling departments however if it is necessary to have your child with you in these areas, please be respectful of other people’s privacy & comfort.

Pets

No pets are allowed within our service areas.

Air

Smoking is not allowed within the building.

Clothing

Please use our smocks when having services in the salon.

Noëlle is not responsible for clothing or other personal items damaged or lost during service.

Misplaced Items

Noëlle is not responsible for lost personal items.

Please notify a manager or our office concerning any items thought to be lost here during your visit.
