Appointments

All services at Noëlle are by appointment. A cell phone number, email address, and form of payment are required when scheduling an appointment at Noëlle.

Noëlle does not store or retain any credit card information within our systems. Repeat guest information is retrieved from a secure location for our guests’ convenience.

Our Noëlle app allows guests to schedule, review, and cancel appointments anytime. The sign-up is simple, and the convenience is amazing. Try it we’re sure you’ll love it.

Notifications and confirmations for upcoming appointments are sent by email (two days in advance) or by text (one day in advance), depending on your preference.

Cancellations can be made at any time through our phone system by calling 203.322.3445 and selecting option 2. Please note that our cancellation policies apply to all cancellations made by phone.

Appointments made through the Noëlle app can also be canceled in the app at any time, following the same cancellation policies.

Please be advised:

• Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the service cost.

• Missed appointments without any notification will be charged 100% of the service cost.

All Keratin and Extension service appointments require a $100 deposit, credited toward your final service. Because of the length of these services, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the appointment will have the deposit converted to store credit.

• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will forfeit the deposit.

We understand that unexpected things happen however, we appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our scheduling policies, as appointment times are specially reserved for each guest.

Gratuities

Only cash gratuities are accepted at Noëlle. Gratuities cannot be charged on credit cards.

For your convenience, an ATM is available on the premises.

Gift Cards

Noëlle Gift Cards are available in any dollar amount in person, by phone, and through the Noëlle app. A print-at-home version is also available at noelle.com.

All Gift Cards are final sale and cannot be redeemed for cash or credit.

Gift Cards being used for payment must be physically presented for proper credit. Unfortunately, lost gift cards cannot be replaced.

Other Gift Certificates

Noëlle honors only Noëlle Gift Certificates.

Other gift certificates are not accepted as forms of payment.

Pricing

All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Returns

All liquid products can be returned for full credit within 14 days of purchase.

All Boutique purchases can be returned up to 14 days after purchase and can only be exchanged or credited toward other Boutique items.

All discounted retail items are final sale and not returnable.

Cell Phones

To preserve the relaxing atmosphere of our spa, cell phone use is not permitted in any spa area.

In the salon, please use phones respectfully and keep devices silenced to maintain the comfort of all guests.

Children

Children are not allowed in the spa, as spa rooms are reserved exclusively for guests and staff.

Children are welcome in our color & styling departments, however, if it is necessary to have your child with you, please be mindful of the comfort and privacy of others.

Pets

No pets are allowed within our service areas.

Service animals, as defined by law, are always welcome.

Air

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the building.

Clothing

Please use the provided smocks during salon services.

Noëlle is not responsible for clothing or other personal items that may be damaged or lost during service.

Misplaced Items

Noëlle is not responsible for lost personal items.

If you believe you left something behind during your visit, please notify a manager or our front office promptly. We will do our best to assist in locating it.
